Things to Remember

• Except for balloons, all included items are for rental use. PartyRockers will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
• You can add cake tables, bird cages, and LED lamps for an additional ₹999.
• A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion. PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
• Customers must provide a stool or ladder if required to complete the decoration on time.
• PartyRockers will not clean the party venue after decoration completion.
• Rental items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for any missing or damaged items, which will be charged accordingly.
• Balance payment must be settled immediately after decoration completion. PartyRockers will not wait until the party starts or ends.
• Accepted payment modes: Cash, IMPS, UPI, and other instant methods. NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) will not be accepted on the event day.
• Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from venue management in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for any venue-related fees (e.g., royalty fees, venue charges), which must be paid by the customer.
• PartyRockers guarantees 80%-90% accuracy in decorations displayed on the website, considering factors such as lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and overall ambiance.
• Any extra requirements beyond the mentioned inclusions will be chargeable.
• Transportation charges apply based on party location and decoration setup.
• Service delivery delays due to natural calamities (e.g., rain, heavy wind) are beyond our control. However, we will do our best to deliver on time.
• Rental items will be collected within 48 hours after the event, depending on team availability.
• For customized decorations (e.g., from Google, Pinterest), we strive for 70%-80% accuracy based on material availability.
• If any issues arise during the service slot, they must be reported immediately for prompt resolution.
