Things to Remember

Rental Items: Except for balloons, all items included in the package are on a rental basis. The Party Rocker team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
Power Supply: A consistent power supply is crucial for timely service. Party Rocker is not responsible for delays due to power interruptions.
Stool or Ladder: If required, the customer must provide a stool or ladder to ensure timely decoration completion.
Cleanup Policy: Party Rocker does not handle cleaning of the venue after decoration is completed.
Rental Item Responsibility: Customers must return all rental items in their original condition. Any missing or damaged items will be charged based on their value.
Payment Terms: The remaining balance must be settled immediately after decoration is completed, as the Party Rocker team will not wait until the party starts or ends.
Accepted Payment Modes: Only cash, IMPS, UPI, and other immediate payment modes are accepted on the event day. NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) are not accepted.
Venue Permissions: Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. Any venue/royalty fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Decoration Accuracy: Party Rocker ensures 80% to 90% accuracy in decorations displayed on the website, considering factors like lighting, venue specifications, size, and timing.
Additional Requests: Any extra items beyond the listed inclusions will incur additional charges.
Transportation Charges: Applicable based on the party location and decoration setup.
Weather Conditions: While we strive for timely delivery, Party Rocker is not responsible for service delays due to natural events like rain or heavy winds.

Customized Decorations: If customers choose a design from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, we will fulfill it with an accuracy of 70%-80%, depending on material availability.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
