Things to Remember

A Sound System and Mic are mandatory for this activity and must be arranged by the customer. Alternatively, you can book a basic sound system (1 mic, 2 boxes) with us for Rs. 5999.
Transportation charges apply based on the event location.
The mentioned rates are not applicable on 15th August, Dussehra, 14th November (Children’s Day), 26th January, 25th December, 30th December, 31st December, and 1st January. Extra charges will apply on these dates.
Photos are for reference purposes only. The same artist/service will be provided based on availability.
Customers must arrange tables and chairs for the artist/service if required.
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion. PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
The PartyRockers team will not clean the venue after completing the service.
Rental items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for any missing or damaged items, which will be chargeable based on the extent of damage or loss.
The balance payment must be settled immediately after service completion, as the PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Your prompt payment ensures a seamless experience.
Only immediate payment methods such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and similar options are accepted on the event day. NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) will not be accepted.
Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for any royalty or venue fees, which must be paid by the customer.
Any additional items beyond the mentioned inclusions will be charged separately.
PartyRockers is not responsible for service delays due to natural calamities like rain or heavy wind; however, we will do our best to deliver on time.
Rental items will be collected within 48 hours after the event, depending on team availability.
If customers choose customized decorations from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, we will achieve an accuracy of 70% to 80%, depending on material availability.
Any issues during the service slot must be reported immediately within the same time frame. This enables us to promptly track and resolve the issue.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
