Things to Remember

All included decoration items (except rental items) will remain at the party venue. If anything is useful, the customer is free to take it home.
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion. PartyRockers is not responsible for any delays caused by power interruptions.
Customers must provide a stool or ladder if required to complete the decoration on time.
The PartyRockers team will not be responsible for cleaning the party venue after decoration completion.
Rental items must be returned in their original condition. Any missing or damaged items will be chargeable based on the item’s value.
The remaining balance payment must be settled immediately after decoration completion. The PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends.
Payments on the event day can only be made through immediate modes such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, etc. NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) will not be accepted.
Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for any royalty or venue fees; these must be paid by the customer.
PartyRockers strives for an accuracy of 80% to 90% in decorations showcased on the website, considering lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and overall ambiance.
Any additional requests beyond the mentioned inclusions will be chargeable.
Transportation charges will apply based on the party location and decoration requirements.
PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities such as rain or heavy winds; however, we will make every effort to deliver on time.
Rental items will be collected within 48 hours after the event, depending on team availability.
For customized decorations inspired by Google, Pinterest, or other sources, we will fulfill them with an accuracy of 70%-80%, depending on material availability.
Any issues during the service slot must be reported immediately within the same time frame to ensure prompt resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
