Things to Remember

Except for balloons, all included items are for rental purposes. The PartyRockers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion. PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
Customers must provide a stool or ladder if needed to complete the decoration on time.
The PartyRockers team will not be responsible for cleaning the party venue after completing the decoration.
Rental items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for any missing or damaged items, which will be chargeable based on the item’s value.
The balance payment must be settled immediately after decoration completion. The PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Prompt payment ensures a seamless experience for your event.
NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and PDC (Post-Dated Cheques) are not accepted as payment methods on the event day. Only immediate payment options such as Cash, IMPS, and UPI are accepted.
Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for any venue-related fees (e.g., royalty or venue charges); these must be paid by the customer.
PartyRockers guarantees an accuracy level of 80%-90% in decorations compared to images on the website, considering factors such as lighting, venue specifications, size, timing, and overall ambiance.
Any additional requirements beyond the mentioned inclusions will be subject to extra charges.
Transportation charges apply based on the party location and decoration.
PartyRockers is not responsible for service delays caused by natural calamities such as rain or strong winds. However, we will do our best to deliver the service on time.
The PartyRockers team will collect all rental items within 48 hours after event completion, depending on team availability.
Customized decorations inspired by Google, Pinterest, or other sources will be fulfilled with an accuracy of 70%-80%, subject to material availability.
If any issues arise during the service slot, customers must report them immediately within the same time slot to enable prompt resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
