Things to Remember

Except balloons, all the items in the inclusions are on rental purpose, and PartyRockers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
You can add cake tables, bird cages, and LED lamps for an extra Rs.999 as an add-on.
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion, and PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
Customers need to provide a stool or ladder to complete the decoration on time, if needed.
PartyRockers team will not clean the party place after completing the decoration.
Please ensure rental items are returned in their original condition, as clients are responsible for any missing or damaged items incurred during use, which will be chargeable based on the damage or missing item.
Kindly ensure that the balance payment is settled after the decoration is completed, as the PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts and ends. Your prompt payment is appreciated to ensure a seamless experience for your event.
NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and PDC (Post-dated Cheques) cannot be accepted as payment on the day of the event. Only immediate payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and others are accepted for same-day transactions.
Customers must ensure all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for any royalty or venue fees, which must be paid by the customer.
PartyRockers guarantees an accuracy of 80%-90% in decorations featured on the website, considering factors such as lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and ambiance.
Any additional requests beyond the mentioned inclusions will incur extra charges.
Transportation fees apply based on the party location and decoration.
PartyRockers is not responsible for delays in service delivery caused by natural calamities such as rain or heavy wind. However, we strive to deliver the service on time.
The PartyRockers team will collect all rental items within 48 hours after the event, depending on team availability.
If customers select any customized decoration from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, we will fulfill it with an accuracy of 70%-80% based on material availability.
If any issues arise during the service slot, customers are encouraged to report them immediately within the same time slot for prompt resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
