Things to Remember

1. Rental Items: Except for balloons, all items in the inclusions are provided on a rental basis. The PartyRockers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.

2. Power Supply: A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion. PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.

3. Ladder/Stool Requirement: If needed, the customer must provide a stool or ladder to ensure the decoration is completed on time.

4. Cleaning: The PartyRockers team will not clean the venue after completing the decoration.

5. Condition of Rental Items: Please ensure all rental items are returned in their original condition. Clients are responsible for any missing or damaged items, and charges will apply based on the damage or loss incurred.

6. Payment Terms: Kindly ensure the balance payment is settled after the decoration is completed. The PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Prompt payment ensures a seamless experience.

7. Accepted Payment Modes: NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and PDC (Post-Dated Cheques) are not accepted on the day of the event. Only immediate payment methods such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and others are accepted for same-day transactions.

8. Venue Permissions: Customers must ensure all necessary permissions from the venue management are arranged in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for any royalty or venue fees, which must be paid by the customer.

9. Decoration Accuracy: PartyRockers guarantees an 80% to 90% accuracy for decorations as displayed on the website, considering factors like lighting, venue size, timing, and overall ambiance.

10. Additional Requests: Any requests beyond the mentioned inclusions will incur additional charges.

11. Transportation Charges: Transportation fees will apply based on the party location and decoration requirements.

12. Service Delays Due to Natural Events: PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities such as rain or heavy wind. However, we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

13. Collection of Rental Items: The PartyRockers team will collect all rental items within 48 hours after the event, depending on team availability.

14. Customized Decorations: For any customized decorations from sources like Google or Pinterest, we can achieve an accuracy of 70% to 80%, depending on material availability.

15. Issue Reporting: If any issues arise during the service slot, customers are encouraged to report them immediately. This helps us promptly track and resolve the issue.
