Things to Remember

Except for balloons, all the items in the inclusions are for rental purposes, and the PartyRockers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion, and PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
The customer needs to provide a stool or a ladder to complete the decoration in time if needed.
PartyRockers team will not clean the party place after completion of the decoration.
Please ensure rental items are returned in their original condition, as clients are responsible for any missing or damaged items incurred during use, and charges will apply based on the item damaged or missed.
Kindly ensure that the balance payment is settled after the decoration is completed, as the PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts and ends. Your prompt payment is appreciated and helps us ensure a seamless experience for your event.
We regret to inform you that NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and PDC (Post-dated cheques) cannot be accepted as payment on the day of the event. Only immediate payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and others are accepted for same-day transactions.
Customers must ensure all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. The PartyRockers team is not responsible for any royalty or venue fees, which must be paid by the customer.
PartyRockers provides a commitment to accuracy ranging from 80% to 90% in decorations featured on the website, taking into account factors such as lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and overall ambiance.
Additional charges will apply if the customer requests anything beyond the mentioned inclusions.
Transportation charges are applicable based on the party location and decoration.
PartyRockers will not be responsible for delays in service delivery caused by natural calamities like rain or heavy wind. However, we will try our best to deliver the service on time.
The PartyRockers team will collect all rental items within 48 hours after the event is completed, based on the team’s availability.
If customers select customized decorations from Google, Pinterest, or any other sources, we will fulfill them with an accuracy of 70%-80%, depending on material availability.
If any issues occur during the service slot, customers are encouraged to report them immediately within the same time slot. This enables us to promptly track and resolve the issue.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
