Things to Remember

Rental Items: All items, except for balloons, are provided on a rental basis. The PartyRockers team will retrieve these items within 48 hours after your event.
Power Supply: A stable power supply is essential to ensure timely service completion. PartyRockers will not be held responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
Setup Assistance: Customers are required to provide a stool or ladder if needed to ensure the decoration setup is completed on time.
Cleanup Policy: PartyRockers is responsible only for setting up the decorations. Cleaning the venue after the decoration process is not included in our services.
Rental Item Responsibility: Customers must return all rental items in their original condition. Charges will apply for any lost or damaged items.
Balance Payment: The remaining payment must be settled immediately after the decoration setup is completed. The PartyRockers team will not wait until your event begins or concludes. Prompt payment ensures a smooth experience.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept only instant payment options such as Cash, IMPS, and UPI on the event day. Payment methods like NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, or Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs) are not accepted.
Venue Permissions: Customers must secure all necessary venue permissions beforehand. PartyRockers will not be responsible for any venue fees or royalty charges.
Decoration Accuracy: While PartyRockers strives for 80%-90% accuracy in replicating decorations displayed on our website, factors such as lighting, venue space, timing, and ambiance may affect the outcome.
Customization Requests: For custom decoration requests inspired by Google, Pinterest, or other sources, we aim to achieve 70%-80% accuracy depending on material availability.
Additional Requests: Any extra decor items beyond the agreed package will incur additional charges.
Transportation Fee: A transportation fee may apply based on the event location and setup requirements.
Weather Delays: PartyRockers cannot be held responsible for delays due to rain, strong winds, or other natural conditions. However, we will make every effort to deliver services on time.
Rental Collection: Our team will collect all rental items within 48 hours post-event, depending on team availability.
Issue Resolution: If you have any concerns, please report them immediately during the service slot to ensure prompt resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
