Things to Remember:

All the items from the above inclusions are not on rental and will be left at the party place (if anything is useful, the customer can take them home).
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion, and PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
The customer needs to provide a stool or a ladder to complete the decoration in time if needed.
PartyRockers will not clean the party place after completing the decoration.
Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition. Clients are responsible for any missing or damaged items incurred during use, and this is chargeable based on the item damaged or missing.
Kindly ensure that the balance payment is settled after the completion of the decoration. PartyRockers will not wait until the party starts and ends. Prompt payment is appreciated to ensure a seamless experience for your event.
We regret to inform you that NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and PDC (Post Dated Cheques) cannot be accepted as payment on the day of the event. Only immediate payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and others are accepted for same-day transactions.
Customers must ensure all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for any royalty/venue fees, which must be paid by the customer.
PartyRockers provides a commitment to accuracy ranging from 80% to 90% for decorations featured on the website, taking into account factors such as lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and overall ambiance.
Any additional services or items not mentioned in the inclusions will incur additional charges.
Transportation is applicable based on the party location and decoration requirements.
PartyRockers will not take responsibility for delays in service delivery caused by natural calamities like rain, heavy winds, etc., although we will try our best to deliver the service on time.
If customers select any customized decoration from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, we will aim for an accuracy of 70%-80%, based on material availability.
If any issues occur during the service slot, customers are encouraged to report them immediately within the same time slot. This enables us to promptly track and resolve the issue.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
