Things to Remember

Rental Items & Collection: Except for balloons, all included items are for rental use. The PartyRocker team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
Power Supply: A stable power supply is necessary for timely service. PartyRocker is not responsible for any delays due to power interruptions.
Setup Assistance: If a stool or ladder is required for decoration, the customer must provide it to ensure smooth completion.
Cleanup Policy: PartyRocker is responsible only for decoration; venue cleanup is not included in the service. Please arrange for cleaning separately if needed.
Rental Returns & Damages: Customers must return rental items in their original condition. Any loss or damage will be chargeable based on the item’s value.
Payment Terms: The remaining balance must be settled immediately after decoration completion. The PartyRocker team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Prompt payment ensures a seamless experience.
Accepted Payment Methods: Only instant payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, and UPI are accepted on the event day. NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) are not allowed.
Venue Permissions & Fees: Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue in advance. Any royalty or venue-related fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Decoration Accuracy: PartyRocker ensures 80-90% accuracy in replicating decorations as featured on the website, considering factors like venue size, lighting, and ambiance.
Customization Requests: If customers choose decoration styles from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, PartyRocker will replicate them with a 70-80% accuracy based on material availability.
Additional Services: Any extra requirements beyond the listed inclusions will be charged separately.
Transportation Charges: Applicable based on the party location and decoration setup.
Weather Conditions: While PartyRocker strives for timely service, delays due to natural factors like rain or strong winds are beyond our control.
Issue Reporting: Any service-related concerns should be reported immediately within the same time slot for a quick resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
