Things to Remember

Except for balloons, all items included in the service are rentals. The PartyRockers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion. PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
Customers must provide a stool or ladder if needed to complete the decoration on time.
PartyRockers will not be responsible for cleaning the party venue after the decoration is completed.
Rental items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for any missing or damaged items, and charges will apply accordingly.
The balance payment must be settled immediately after the decoration is completed. The PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Prompt payment ensures a smooth experience for your event.
NEFT, RTGS, cheques, and post-dated cheques (PDC) are not accepted as payment on the event day. Only immediate payment methods such as cash, IMPS, UPI, and similar options are accepted.
Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for any venue fees or royalty charges, which must be paid by the customer.
PartyRockers guarantees 80% to 90% accuracy in decorations compared to those featured on our website, considering factors such as lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and overall ambiance.
Any additional requirements beyond the agreed inclusions will be charged extra.
Transportation charges will apply based on the party location and decoration.
PartyRockers is not responsible for delays in service delivery due to natural calamities such as rain or heavy winds. However, we will make every effort to deliver the service on time.
The PartyRockers team will collect all rental items within 48 hours after the event, depending on team availability.
For customized decorations from sources like Google or Pinterest, we strive to achieve 70% to 80% accuracy based on material availability.
Any issues during the service slot should be reported immediately within the same time slot for prompt resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
