Things to Remember:

Except balloons, all the items in the inclusions are on a rental basis, and the PartyRockers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion, and PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
The customer needs to provide a stool or ladder to complete the decoration on time if needed.
The PartyRockers team will not clean the party place after the decoration is completed.
Please ensure rental items are returned in their original condition. Clients are responsible for any missing or damaged items, which will be chargeable based on the value of the item.
Kindly ensure that the balance payment is settled after the decoration is completed, as the PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts and ends. Prompt payment is appreciated to ensure a seamless experience.
NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post Dated Cheques (PDC) cannot be accepted as payment on the day of the event. Only immediate payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and similar are accepted for same-day transactions.
Customers must secure all necessary permissions from the venue management. PartyRockers is not responsible for any royalty or venue fees, which must be paid by the customer.
PartyRockers commits to achieving an accuracy level of 80% to 90% for decorations shown on the website, considering lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and overall ambiance.
Any extra items beyond those mentioned in the inclusions will incur additional charges.
Transportation fees are applicable based on the party location and decoration.
PartyRockers is not responsible for delays in service delivery caused by natural calamities like rain or heavy wind, though every effort will be made to deliver the service on time.
The PartyRockers team will collect all rental items within 48 hours after the event based on team availability.
If customers choose customized decorations from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, an accuracy of 70%-80% will be ensured, depending on material availability.
If any issues arise during the service slot, customers are encouraged to report them immediately to facilitate timely tracking and resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
