Things to Remember

Rental Items: Except for balloons, all the items in the inclusions are on a rental basis, and the PartyRockers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
Power Supply: A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion, and PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
Ladder/Stool Requirement: Customers need to provide a stool or ladder if necessary to complete the decoration on time.
Post-Decoration Cleaning: The PartyRockers team will not clean the party venue after completing the decoration.
Return of Rental Items: Please ensure rental items are returned in their original condition. Clients are responsible for any missing or damaged items incurred during use, and charges will apply based on the item damaged or missed.
Payment Terms: Kindly ensure the balance payment is settled after the decoration is completed. The PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Prompt payment ensures a seamless experience for your event.
Accepted Payment Methods: NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) are not accepted as payment on the event day. Only immediate payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and others are accepted for same-day transactions.
Venue Permissions: Customers must ensure all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for any royalty or venue fee, which must be paid by the customer.
Decoration Accuracy: PartyRockers commits to an accuracy of 80% to 90% for decorations featured on the website, considering factors like lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and ambiance.
Additional Services: Any additional items beyond the mentioned inclusions will incur extra charges.
Transportation Charges: Transportation costs are applicable based on the party location and decoration setup.
Delays Due to Natural Causes: PartyRockers will not be responsible for delays in service delivery caused by natural events such as rain, heavy wind, etc. However, we will do our best to deliver the service on time.
Rental Item Collection: PartyRockers will collect all rental items within 48 hours after the event, based on the team’s availability.
Customized Decorations: If customers select customized decorations from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, PartyRockers will fulfill them with an accuracy of 70%-80%, based on material availability.
Issue Reporting: Customers are encouraged to report any issues that occur during the service slot immediately. This enables us to promptly track and resolve the problem.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
