Things to Remember

Rental Items & Collection: Except for balloons, all included items are on a rental basis. The PartyRocker team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
Power Supply: A stable power supply is crucial for on-time service. PartyRocker is not responsible for any delays caused by power interruptions.
Setup Requirements: If a stool or ladder is needed for decoration, the customer must provide it to ensure timely completion.
Cleanup Policy: PartyRocker is responsible only for decoration; venue cleaning is not included.
Rental Returns & Damages: Rental items must be returned in their original condition. Any lost or damaged items will be chargeable based on their value.
Payment Terms: The remaining balance must be settled immediately after decoration completion, as the PartyRocker team will not wait until the event starts or ends. Timely payment ensures a hassle-free experience.
Accepted Payment Methods: On the event day, only instant payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, and UPI are accepted. NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) are not allowed.
Venue Permissions & Fees: Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue in advance. Any royalty or venue fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Decoration Accuracy: PartyRocker aims for 80-90% accuracy in replicating website-featured decorations, considering factors like lighting, venue space, and timing.
Customization Requests: If customers request decorations from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, PartyRocker will replicate them with a 70-80% accuracy based on material availability.
Additional Services: Any requirements beyond the standard inclusions will incur extra charges.
Transportation Charges: Applicable based on the party location and decoration setup.
Weather Conditions: While PartyRocker strives for timely service, delays due to natural factors like rain or strong winds are beyond our control.
Issue Reporting: Any service-related concerns must be reported immediately during the service slot to ensure a quick resolution

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
