Things to Remember

Except for balloons, all the items included are for rental purposes. The PartyRockers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion. PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
Customers must provide a stool or ladder if needed to complete the decoration on time.
The PartyRockers team will not be responsible for cleaning the venue after the decoration is completed.
Please ensure rental items are returned in their original condition. Customers will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
Kindly ensure that the balance payment is settled immediately after the decoration is completed. The PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Prompt payment ensures a seamless experience.
NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) are not accepted as payment on the event day. Only immediate payment methods such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and other instant transfers are allowed.
Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for any royalty or venue fees, which must be paid by the customer.
PartyRockers guarantees an accuracy of 80% to 90% for decorations showcased on our website, considering factors such as lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and ambiance.
Any additional requirements beyond the listed inclusions will incur extra charges.
Transportation charges apply based on the party location and decoration setup.
PartyRockers is not responsible for delays in service delivery caused by natural calamities like rain or heavy winds. However, we will make every effort to deliver on time.
The team will collect all rental items within 48 hours after the event, depending on availability.
For customized decorations sourced from Google, Pinterest, or other platforms, we can fulfill them with an accuracy of 70% to 80%, depending on material availability.
Any service-related issues must be reported immediately within the service slot to ensure prompt resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
