Inclusions

1 Bangle maker will make bangles live at the event.
Duration of the service will be 3 hrs
80–100 Pairs of bangles can be done in 3 hrs
Display of already prepared bangles arranged at the event to showcase.
For Bangle making they usually use Lac, Glitters, Kundans and Stones etc.
All the materials (equipment, materials) to prepare bangles will be brought by the bangle maker.

Things to Remember

Transportation is applicable based on the location.
Mentioned rates are not applicable on 15th August, 7th September (Ganesh Chaturthi), Dussehra, 26th January, 25th December, 30th December, 31st December, and 1st January. Extra charges are applicable on these dates.
Photos are for reference purposes only. The same artist/service will be provided based on availability.
Table and chairs must be arranged for the artist to place the items.
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion. PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
PartyRockers will not clean the venue after the completion of the service.
Customers must ensure that rental items are returned in their original condition. Any missing or damaged items will be chargeable based on the item.
Kindly ensure that the balance payment is settled after service completion, as the PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Prompt payment is appreciated to ensure a seamless experience.
NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) are not accepted as payment on the event day. Only immediate payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, and UPI are accepted for same-day transactions.
Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for any venue or royalty fees, which must be paid by the customer.
Any requests beyond the mentioned inclusions will incur additional charges.
PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities like rain or heavy winds; however, we will make our best effort to deliver services on time.
Rental items will be collected within 48 hours after event completion, subject to team availability.
For customized decorations from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, we can fulfill them with 70%-80% accuracy, depending on material availability.
Any issues during the service slot must be reported immediately to ensure prompt resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
