Things to Remember

Except for balloons, all included items are for rental purposes. The PartyRockers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion. PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
Customers must provide a stool or ladder if needed to complete the decoration on time.
The PartyRockers team is not responsible for cleaning the venue after decoration.
Please ensure all rental items are returned in their original condition. Customers will be charged for any missing or damaged items based on the item’s value.
The remaining balance must be settled immediately after the decoration is completed. The PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Prompt payment ensures a seamless experience.
We do not accept NEFT, RTGS, cheques, or post-dated cheques (PDC) as payment on the event day. Only immediate payment modes such as cash, IMPS, UPI, and similar options are accepted for same-day transactions.
Customers must obtain any necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for venue fees, royalty charges, or any other venue-related costs, which must be covered by the customer.
PartyRockers guarantees an accuracy of 80% to 90% for decorations shown on the website, considering factors such as lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and overall ambiance.
Any additional items beyond the mentioned inclusions will incur extra charges.
Transportation charges apply based on the party location and decoration requirements.
PartyRockers is not responsible for service delays caused by natural calamities like rain or heavy winds, though we will do our best to deliver on time.
Our team will collect all rental items within 48 hours after the event, subject to team availability.
If customers select a customized decoration from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, we can fulfill it with an accuracy of 70%-80%, depending on material availability.
Any issues during the service slot should be reported immediately within the same time frame to ensure quick resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
