Things to Remember:

1. All the items from the above inclusions are not rentals and will remain at the party place (If anything is useful, the customer may take it home).

2. A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion, and PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.

3. The customer needs to provide a stool or a ladder to complete the decoration in time if needed.

4. PartyRockers team will not clean the party place after completion of the decoration.

5. Please ensure rental items are returned in their original condition, as clients are responsible for any missing or damaged items incurred during use, and charges will apply based on the item damaged or missed.

6. Kindly ensure that the balance payment is settled after the decoration is completed, as the PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts and ends. Your prompt payment is appreciated and helps us ensure a seamless experience for your event.

7. NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and PDC (Post-dated Cheques) cannot be accepted as payment on the day of the event. Only immediate payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and others are accepted for same-day transactions.

8. Customers must ensure all necessary permissions from venue management in advance. The PartyRockers team is not responsible for any royalty fee/venue fee from the venue, and it must be paid by the customer.

9. PartyRockers provides a commitment to accuracy ranging from 80% to 90% in decorations featured on the website, considering factors such as lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and overall ambiance.

10. Any additional items requested by the customer beyond the mentioned inclusions will incur additional charges.

11. Transportation charges apply based on the party location and decoration.

12. PartyRockers is not responsible for service delays caused by natural calamities like rain or heavy wind, but we will try our best to deliver the service on time.

13. The PartyRockers team will collect all rental items within 48 hours of event completion, based on team availability.

14. If customers select any customized decorations from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, PartyRockers will fulfill them with an accuracy of 70%-80%, depending on material availability.

15. If any issues occur during the service slot, customers are encouraged to report them immediately within the same time slot to enable prompt tracking and resolution.
