Non-Rental Items: All the included items are not rental-based and will be left at the party venue. Customers may take any useful items home.
Power Supply: A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion. PartyRokers is not responsible for any delays caused by power interruptions.
Setup Assistance: Customers must provide a stool or ladder if needed to complete the decoration on time.
Cleanup Policy: The PartyRokers team is responsible only for decoration setup and does not handle venue cleaning after the decoration is completed.
Rental Item Responsibility: If any rental items are included, they must be returned in their original condition. Customers will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
Balance Payment: Customers must settle the remaining payment immediately after the decoration is completed. The PartyRokers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Your prompt payment ensures a smooth experience.
Accepted Payment Modes: NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) are not accepted on the event day. Only Cash, IMPS, UPI, and other instant payment modes are allowed for same-day transactions.
Venue Permissions: Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. PartyRokers is not responsible for any venue or royalty fees, which must be paid by the customer.
Decoration Accuracy: PartyRokers strives for 80% to 90% accuracy in decorations displayed on the website, considering factors such as lighting, venue specifications, timing, and ambiance.
Additional Requests: Any requests beyond the mentioned inclusions will be charged additionally.
Transportation Charges: These apply based on the party location and decoration requirements.
Unforeseen Delays: PartyRokers is not responsible for delays due to natural calamities like rain or heavy wind, but we will do our best to deliver on time.
Rental Item Collection: The PartyRokers team will collect all rental items within 48 hours after the event, depending on team availability.
Customized Decorations: If customers request a design from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, we will replicate it with 70%-80% accuracy, depending on material availability.
Service Issues: Any service-related issues must be reported immediately within the same time slot to allow us to track and resolve them promptly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
