Things to Remember

Rental Items: Except for balloons, all included items are for rental purposes only. The PartyRokers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
Power Supply: A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion. PartyRokers is not responsible for any delays caused by power interruptions.
Setup Assistance: If required, customers must provide a stool or ladder to ensure timely completion of the decoration.
Cleanup Policy: The PartyRokers team is responsible only for decoration setup and does not clean the venue after the decoration is completed.
Rental Item Responsibility: All rental items must be returned in their original condition. Customers will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
Balance Payment: The remaining payment must be settled immediately after the decoration is completed. The PartyRokers team will not wait until the event starts or ends. Your prompt payment ensures a smooth experience.
Accepted Payment Methods: Only instant payment methods such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and similar options are accepted on the event day. NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and PDCs (Post-dated Cheques) are not accepted.
Venue Permissions: Customers must obtain all necessary venue permissions in advance. PartyRokers is not responsible for any venue fees or royalty charges.
Decoration Accuracy: PartyRokers aims for 80%-90% accuracy in decorations featured on the website, considering factors like lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and overall ambiance.
Customization Requests: For custom decorations (from Google, Pinterest, etc.), we aim for 70%-80% accuracy, depending on material availability.
Additional Requests: Any extra decor items beyond the package will incur additional charges.
Transportation Fee: Applicable based on the party location and decoration setup.
Weather Delays: PartyRokers is not responsible for service delays due to rain, strong winds, or other natural calamities, though we will strive to deliver on time.
Rental Collection: The PartyRokers team will collect all rental items within 48 hours after the event, depending on team availability.
Issue Resolution: Any concerns must be reported immediately during the service slot for prompt resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
