Things to Remember

Rental Items & Collection: Except for balloons, all included items are for rental purposes. The PartyRockers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
Power Supply: A consistent power supply is required for timely service completion. PartyRockers is not responsible for any delays caused by power interruptions.
Setup Assistance: If a stool or ladder is required for decoration, the customer must provide it to ensure timely completion.
Cleanup Policy: PartyRockers is only responsible for decoration setup. Cleaning, trash disposal, and post-event tidying up are not included and must be handled by the customer.
Rental Returns & Damages: Rental items must be returned in their original condition. Customers will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
Payment Terms: The balance must be settled immediately after decoration is completed. The PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Prompt payment ensures a smooth experience.
Accepted Payment Modes: Only immediate payment methods such as Cash, IMPS, and UPI are accepted on the event day. NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) are not accepted.
Venue Permissions & Fees: Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue management. Any royalty or venue fees must be paid by the customer.
Decoration Accuracy: PartyRockers aims for 80-90% accuracy in replicating website decorations, considering venue size, lighting, and other factors.
Customization Requests: If customers select designs from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, PartyRockers will fulfill them with 70-80% accuracy, based on material availability.
Additional Services: Any extra requests beyond the mentioned inclusions will incur additional charges.
Transportation Charges: Apply based on party location and decoration requirements.
Weather Conditions: While PartyRockers strives for on-time service, delays due to rain, heavy wind, or natural calamities are beyond our control. However, we will do our best to accommodate.
Rental Collection: The PartyRockers team will collect all rental items within 48 hours after the event, depending on team availability.
Issue Reporting: If any issues arise during the service slot, customers must report them immediately for a quick resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
