Except for fresh flowers and banana leaves, all the items included are for rental purposes. The PartyRockers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion. PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
Customers need to provide a stool or ladder if required to complete the decoration on time.
The PartyRockers team will not clean the party venue after the decoration is completed.
Rental items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for any missing or damaged items, and charges will apply accordingly.
The balance payment must be settled immediately after the decoration is completed. The PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Prompt payment ensures a seamless experience.
NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) are not accepted on the event day. Only immediate payment methods such as Cash, IMPS, and UPI are accepted for same-day transactions.
Customers must secure all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for any venue or royalty fees, which must be paid by the customer.
Decorations will match 80%-90% of those featured on the website, considering factors such as lighting, venue specifications, size, timing, and ambiance.
Any additional requirements beyond the mentioned inclusions will incur extra charges.
Transportation charges apply based on the party location and decoration requirements.
PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities such as rain or heavy winds, though we will do our best to deliver on time.
Rental items will be collected within 48 hours after the event, depending on team availability.
Customized decorations inspired by Google, Pinterest, or other sources will be fulfilled with an accuracy of 70%-80%, depending on material availability.
Any issues during the service slot must be reported immediately within the same time frame to allow for prompt resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
