Things to Remember

• Inclusions & Takeaway Items: All items included in the package are not rentals and will remain at the party venue. If any items are useful, customers may take them home.
• Power Supply: A consistent power supply is required for timely completion of the decoration. PartyRokers is not responsible for any delays due to power interruptions.
• Setup Assistance: If a stool or ladder is needed for decoration, the customer must provide it to ensure timely completion.
• Cleanup Policy: PartyRokers’ service does not include cleaning the party venue after decoration. Customers should arrange for cleaning separately as needed.
• Rental Returns & Damages: If any rental items are included, they must be returned in their original condition. Customers will be charged for any missing or damaged items based on their value.
• Payment Terms: The remaining balance must be settled immediately after the decoration is completed. PartyRokers’ team will not wait until the event starts or ends. Prompt payment ensures a seamless experience.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Only instant payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, and UPI are accepted on the event day. NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) are not accepted.
• Venue Permissions & Fees: Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue management beforehand. Any venue-related fees or royalties must be paid by the customer.
• Decoration Accuracy: PartyRokers aims for 80-90% accuracy in replicating decorations shown on the website, considering factors like venue size, lighting, and ambiance.
• Customization Requests: If customers select decoration styles from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, PartyRokers will replicate them with a 70-80% accuracy, depending on material availability.
• Additional Services: Any requests beyond the standard inclusions will incur additional charges.
• Transportation Charges: Applicable based on party location and decoration requirements.
• Weather Conditions: While PartyRokers strives to deliver services on time, delays due to natural calamities like rain or heavy winds are beyond our control. However, we will do our best to meet deadlines.
• Rental Collection: If rental items are part of the package, the PartyRokers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event, depending on team availability.
• Issue Reporting: If any issues occur during the decoration service, customers should report them immediately within the same time slot for a quick resolution.
