Important Guidelines

All items included, except for balloons, are on a rental basis. The Party Rockers team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
A stable and uninterrupted power supply is essential for timely service completion. Party Rockers is not responsible for any delays due to power outages.
Customers must provide a stool or ladder if required to complete the decoration efficiently.
The Party Rockers team is responsible only for decoration setup and will not be involved in cleaning the venue after completion.
Rental items must be returned in their original condition. Any missing or damaged items will be charged based on the extent of damage or loss.
The balance payment must be settled immediately after the decoration is completed. The Party Rockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Timely payment ensures a smooth event experience.
We do not accept NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, or Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) as payment on the event day. Only instant payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and other immediate transfers are accepted.
Customers are responsible for securing all necessary permissions from the venue management. Any venue-related fees or royalties must be borne by the customer, and Party Rockers holds no liability in this regard.
Decorations displayed on our website are executed with an accuracy of 80%-90%, considering factors such as lighting, venue dimensions, timing, and ambiance.
Any additional décor items beyond the listed inclusions will be charged separately.
Transportation costs will apply based on the party location and decoration requirements.
Party Rockers is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as rain, strong winds, or other natural calamities. However, we will make every effort to deliver on time.
Rental item collection will be scheduled within 48 hours after the event, depending on team availability.
If customers request custom decorations inspired by Google, Pinterest, or other sources, we ensure 70%-80% accuracy based on material availability.
Any issues arising during the service slot should be reported immediately to ensure a prompt resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
