Things to Remember

- Except for balloons, all items provided as part of the inclusions are on a rental basis. The Party Rockers team will collect these items within 48 hours after the event.
- A stable power supply is crucial for completing the decoration on time. Party Rockers is not responsible for any delays due to power interruptions.
- If required, customers must provide a stool or ladder to facilitate timely decoration completion.
- The Party Rockers team is responsible for setting up the decor but not for cleaning the venue after the decoration is completed.
- Rental items must be returned in their original condition. Any lost or damaged items will be charged based on the extent of the damage or loss.
- The remaining balance payment should be settled immediately after the decoration is completed. The Party Rockers team will not be available until the party starts or ends. Prompt payment ensures a smooth experience for your event.
- We do not accept NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, or Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) as payment on the event day. Only instant payment modes like Cash, IMPS, UPI, and other immediate transfer methods are accepted.
- Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from the venue management. Any venue fees or royalty charges must be handled by the customer, and Party Rockers is not liable for them.
- Decorations showcased on our website are delivered with an accuracy of 80% to 90%, considering factors like lighting, venue specifications, timing, and overall ambiance.
- Any additional decorations beyond the specified inclusions will be charged separately.
- Transportation costs are applicable based on the event location and decoration requirements.
- Party Rockers is not responsible for service delays caused by natural calamities like heavy rain or strong winds, though we will strive to deliver on time.
- Our team will collect all rental items within 48 hours after the event, subject to team availability.
- For customized decorations inspired by sources like Google or Pinterest, we ensure 70%-80% accuracy based on material availability.
- If any issues arise during the service slot, customers must report them immediately within the same time frame for quick resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
