Things to Remember

Except for fresh flowers, all items in the inclusions are rental and will be collected by the PartyRockers team within 48 hours after the event.
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion. PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
Customers must provide a stool or ladder if required to complete the decoration on time.
PartyRockers does not handle venue cleanup after the decoration is completed.
Rental items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for any missing or damaged items, which will be chargeable accordingly.
Balance payment must be settled immediately after decoration is completed. The PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Your prompt payment ensures a seamless event experience.
Accepted payment modes: Cash, IMPS, UPI, and other instant payment options. NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) are not accepted on the event day.
Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance. Any venue or royalty fees are the customer’s responsibility, and PartyRockers is not liable for such charges.
Decoration accuracy: PartyRockers aims for 80%-90% accuracy compared to images on the website, considering factors like lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and overall ambiance.
Additional requests beyond the mentioned inclusions will be charged extra.
Transportation charges apply based on the party location and decoration requirements.
Delays due to natural calamities (e.g., rain, heavy wind) are beyond PartyRockers’ control, but we will strive to deliver services on time.
Rental item collection will occur within 48 hours after the event, depending on team availability.
For customized decorations inspired by Google, Pinterest, or other sources, we guarantee a 70%-80% accuracy based on material availability.
Any issues during the service slot must be reported immediately to allow us to address them promptly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
