Things to Remember

Rental Items: Except for balloons, all items included in the package are on a rental basis. The PartyRocker team will collect them within 48 hours after the event.
Add-ons: You can enhance your setup with cake tables, bird cages, and LED lamps for an additional Rs.999.
Power Supply: A consistent power supply is required for timely service. PartyRocker is not responsible for any delays due to power interruptions.
Setup Assistance: If a stool or ladder is required for decoration, the customer must provide it to ensure timely completion.
Cleanup Policy: The PartyRocker team is responsible for decoration only and will not clean the venue after setup.
Rental Returns: All rental items must be returned in their original condition. Any missing or damaged items will be chargeable based on their value.
Payment Terms: The remaining balance must be settled immediately after decoration completion, as the PartyRocker team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Prompt payment ensures a smooth experience.
Accepted Payment Modes: On the event day, only immediate payment options such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and similar methods are accepted. NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) are not accepted.
Venue Permissions: Customers must secure all necessary permissions from the venue in advance. Any venue-related charges (such as royalty or venue fees) are the customer’s responsibility.
Decoration Accuracy: Decorations will closely match website images with an accuracy of 80-90%, considering factors like lighting, venue size, timing, and overall ambiance.
Customization Requests: If customers choose decorations from Google, Pinterest, or other sources, PartyRocker will replicate them with an accuracy of 70-80%, depending on material availability.
Additional Services: Any extra requirements beyond the listed inclusions will incur additional charges.
Transportation Charges: Applicable based on the party location and decoration setup.
Weather Conditions: While PartyRocker will make every effort to deliver on time, delays due to natural calamities like rain or strong winds are beyond our control.
Issue Reporting: Any service-related issues should be reported immediately within the same time slot to ensure timely resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled: Within 24hrs from the experience 70% refund.
If cancelled: Within 48hrs from the experience 80% refund.
If cancelled: Before 48hrs the experience 100% refund.
Refund value is calculated on the entire cart value.
The time is calculated as per the start time of the slot.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
