Things to Remember:

1. Non-Rental Items: All the items from the above inclusions are not on rental and will remain at the party venue. If any items are useful, customers are welcome to take them home.

2. Power Supply: A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion, and PartyRockers is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.

3. Ladder/Stool Requirement: Customers need to provide a stool or ladder if required to complete the decoration on time.

4. Cleaning: The PartyRockers team will not clean the party venue after completing the decoration.

5. Responsibility for Items: While there are no rental items in this setup, please ensure that all provided items are handled with care. Any missing or damaged items incurred during use will be chargeable based on the extent of damage or loss.

6. Payment Terms: Kindly ensure that the balance payment is settled after the completion of the decoration, as the PartyRockers team will not wait until the party starts or ends. Your prompt payment helps us ensure a smooth and seamless event experience.

7. Accepted Payment Modes: We regret to inform you that NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and PDC (Post-Dated Cheques) cannot be accepted on the day of the event. Only immediate payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and similar methods are accepted for same-day transactions.

8. Venue Permissions: Customers must ensure that all necessary permissions from the venue management are obtained in advance. PartyRockers is not responsible for any venue or royalty fees, which must be settled by the customer.

9. Decoration Accuracy: PartyRockers provides a commitment to accuracy ranging from 80% to 90% in decorations featured on the website. However, factors such as lighting, venue size, timing, and overall ambiance may cause slight variations.

10. Additional Requests: If customers wish to add any extra items beyond the inclusions, additional charges will apply.

11. Transportation: Transportation costs are applicable based on the party location and the decoration setup.

12. Service Delays Due to Natural Events: PartyRockers will not be held responsible for any delays in service delivery due to natural events like rain or heavy wind. However, we will strive to deliver the service on time.

13. Collection of Items: Although all items are non-rental, if needed, the PartyRockers team will return to collect any items within 48 hours after the event, based on availability.

14. Customized Decorations: For customized decorations from sources like Google or Pinterest, PartyRockers will strive to fulfill them with an accuracy of 70% to 80%, depending on the availability of materials.

15. Issue Reporting: If any issues arise during the service slot, customers are encouraged to report them immediately within the same time slot. This allows us to promptly track and resolve any issues.
